- A document handoff example shows the different roles of source review and drafting, using clearly labelled fictional inputs.
- Request customer materials explains the existing email preparation flow and the visitor’s send step. The privacy notice now covers optional local saving.
The guided selector uses catalogue criteria. AI-assisted selection remains in development. Provider documentation retains the 11 October 2026 check baseline; this functional update is not a fresh provider review.
